The retainer covers a specific scope. When adjacent work shows up, you can add services at discounted day/hour rates.

Why the discount?
We believe iteration improves outcomes, so we make feedback and additional services as frictionless as possible. Retainer clients get 10% off additional services per booked day/week (3 days = 30%).
We encourage ongoing customer contact. You will never be charged for simple requests or quick-fixes* such as:

- •Reviews
- •Feedback
- •Small tasks & side-quests
*Simple requests are roughly under 1 hour. We handle these within the following week, and there is a limit to what we can take on. For urgent matters, book ad-hoc services at your rates.
